Since 2000, SIG SAUER GmbH & Co. KG belongs to L&O Holding, who also holds sister companies, including the US subsidiary SIG SAUER Inc. based in Exeter, New Hampshire and the Swiss subsidiary SWISS ARMS located in Neuhausen.
Close to 200 employees produce and market the entire range of handguns and long firearms at the company location in Eckernförde. We supply both the civil market, which includes sportsmen, collectors and hunters, and the law enforcement and military segment.
Our success is built on understanding the desires and demands of our customers and implementing them accordingly. In the process, we have developed an extensive firearm portfolio ranging from modern service pistols to semi-automatic and bolt action rifles through to modular high-performance target pistols which ensure the global success of our company.

In addition, the SIG SAUER quality management system was reviewed by the external Lloyds Register Quality Assurance in January 2006 and certified according to the most recent DIN EN ISO9001:2000. SIG SAUER GmbH & Co. KG thereby meets the high ISO 9001 standard. This distinction for the SIG SAUER brand also applies to sales & marketing, product development, production, and service.
